What is At The Table?At the Table: Women in Business and Leadership - An initiative led by the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC) Foundation. It ensures women entrepreneurs and business professionals are receiving the much needed resources and influence to propel them to higher levels of success in their careers. The program offers national and regional speaker series and networking events, as well as a prestigious competition to highlight emerging female innovators, celebrate their accomplishments, and afford them national exposure and the opportunity to grow their enterprises.
The Enterprise Accelerator
The At the Table: Enterprise Accelerator provides Hispanic women business owners with key resources and national exposure needed to further bolster their professional endeavors. Our honorees are celebrated year-round, receiving premier networking opportunities, support for business growth, and individual business coaching sessions. During the coaching sessions, awardees build concrete strategies to scale their enterprises and are provided the support they need as they tackle their biggest obstacles.
Three women entrepreneurs are selected from the following tracks and will be honored during the USHCC National Convention in Miami, Florida:Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM)

Our Speaker Series is the ultimate experience in engagement — an event of profound insights and fascinating discussion on a broad scope of topics related to corporate advancement. Distinguished speakers provide coaching and career support to participants, arming them with the essential qualities and skills needed for success.
