Javier Palomarez is the President and CEO of the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC), America's largest Hispanic business association.
The USHCC actively promotes the economic growth, development, and interests of more than 4.2 million Hispanic-owned businesses, that combined, contribute over $668 billion to the American economy every year. It also advocates on behalf of 260 major American corporations and serves as the umbrella organization for more than 200 local chambers and business associations nationwide.
A pioneer in multicultural marketing, Palomarez has more than two decades of corporate experience and entrepreneurial insight. He began his career at Allstate Insurance Corporation, where he worked to initiate the industry’s first fully-integrated, nationwide Hispanic marketing, sales and service campaign.
Following his tenure at Allstate, Palomarez was recruited by Sprint, Inc., where he rose through the ranks to become the Vice President for Marketing and Public Relations. Following Sprint, he was recruited to Bank of America, where he served as Senior Vice President of Multicultural Marketing and was responsible for advertising, marketing, sponsorships, and public & media relations to help position this global leader in the financial services industry, with America's African American, Asian, LGBT, and Hispanic consumer markets.
His opinions and viewpoints have appeared in leading media outlets including ABC, Bloomberg Businessweek, CBS, CNN, Dallas Morning News, Fox, Los Angeles Times, MSNBC, NBC, Reuters, Telemundo, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, Time, Univision, USA Today, and many others.

Bush Institute, Ernst & Young, and the Kauffman Foundation.
Palomarez serves on the Board of Directors of MasTec, Inc. (NYSE: MTZ), a leading infrastructure company. He was appointed to the National Advisory Council on Minority Business at the Department of Commerce, and serves on the FCC Federal Advisory Committee, the Comcast NBCUniversal Diversity Advisory Council, the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Advisory Board, the State Farm Bank CRA Advisory Council, and the National 4-H Council Board of Trustees. He also serves on the Senate Task Force on Corporate Diversity and Inclusion. He has consistently appeared on Latino Leaders Magazine’s “100 Most Influential” list, and was named one of the “75 Most Influential Hispanics” and “Top 100 Green CEOs” by PODER Magazine.
Palomarez was also profiled by Fox News Channel in the U.S. and El Pais in Spain’s leading daily news outlet. He was also featured by the British Broadcasting Corporation’s (BBC) in “Ten Latinos Who Made History in 2012.” He is the recipient of the Bnai Zion "Humanitarian of the Year" award, and in 2014 Palomarez received an honorary Doctorate from Westminster College, Utah's premier Liberal Arts institution.
In 2015 he was awarded the Distinguished Alumni Medallion from National 4-H Council and was recognized by the Government of Mexico with the Ohtli Award, the highest honor bestowed upon foreign citizens.
Palomarez is a proud American from Texas where he was born in Edinburgh and currently resides in Dallas.
